Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours bubbly copper with a slight head. Aroma is pretty much ginger. Nose tingling. Near full bodied. Flavor is pretty much ginger - not a super burn - but there’s a burn. Some malt. Hop? Who can tell? Good way to get your ginger kick.

bottle. another really funky beer. The ginger added a cool spicy to the Imperial ipa. Worthy experience

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a clear copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of floral hops, ginger and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, mildly spicy ginger and roast malt. The finish is resiny hops and ginger. Decent overall.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 8/24/2015. Pours crystal clear deep orange/copper color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, orange zest, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, honey, light caramel, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, pine, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops, bready malt, and ginger spice notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, orange zest, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, honey, light caramel, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, pine, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Fair amount pine/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon/orange zest, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, honey, light caramel, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, pine, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice robustness and complexity of citrus/pine hops, bready malt, and ginger spice flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spice balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, fairly crisp/sticky, and lightly creamy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice ginger spiced beer. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/pine hops, bready malt, and ginger spice flavors; and very smooth to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Tap at Oasis. Hyper ginger aroma. Easier drinking than the aroma would suggest. Smooth malt body, big ginger kick. Mild and drinkable somehow.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a near clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice ginger note that is backed by some sweet grains and a bit of grassiness. Flavor is similar with ginger through out backed by sweet grains and straw.
