Awarded the Silver Medal in 2003 in the Bock category, our deep-golden, medium-bodied lager gets its color, body, & sweet malt character from imported Vienna Malt. This beer has a crisper malt presence & more emphasis on hop flavor & aroma than our dark bock beer.

Draft. Honey and barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet honey, orange, malt, and moderate astringent/bitter herbal flavor. Body a bit light. Pretty good.

From Skyview’s growler. One of the better bocks I have had anywhere. Tons of vanilla in the aroma, and sweet malt is a secondary though. A light orange, cloudy appearance. Flavor has caramel, sweet malt, and more vanilla. Thick and heavy on the palate.
