Hop’n Mad Apple’s bright, juicy apple flavor is complemented by floral notes from the Strisselspalt hops and tropical notes from the Galaxy hops. These hops are added to the cider post-fermentation, a process known as “dry hopping” in craft beer, giving it a fresh hop aroma and pleasant dry finish, without the bitterness.

bottle, old rating - Clear yellow-gold pour. It smells mainly of apple juice. The flavor is sweet apples and ehh.... maybe a little hops in there but you really have to be looking for it. As many others have noted, it's not much. It's okay as a regular cider. Just don't get excited about the hops addition.

Store bought apple juice aroma. Clear golden. Apple, fairly neutral. Light body, smooth. Unremarkable.

Tastes like cider, not sure where the hop is, but still great.

First of all, I can’t smell or taste any hops here. Aroma is cigarette tobacco, apples. spice. Flavor is apples and a little bitterness. If you have to have cider and there’s nothing else, it’s ok.

Its OK. I can barely detect the hops. Maybe a slight floral element in the nose, nothing else really. Dry and not overly sweet like some of their other ciders, so that’s nice. Pale straw color.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a pale yellow color with a trace soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy apple peel and red apple. The flavor was bitter and sour with apple peel a moderate tart presence and a hint of fruity hops. Medium length finish. Light to medium body. ok.
