An American style IPA brewed with a single variety of hop and a simple American grown grain bill allowing the hop to be "front and center”. Brewed using 3 grains, a two row brewers base malt and a small percentage of toasted malt and red wheat malt; the real star of this ale is the Mosaic hop which gives off a complex array of tropical fruit, pineapple, herbal, earthy and characteristics. Much of the hop was used late in the boil preserving all the character of the hop without going over the top on bitterness.

Sample at the Ft. Wayne brewpub. The beer is a slightly hazy amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrusy hops, malt and caramel. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

tap - Pours hazy copper and has that big piney aroma that I get from high doses of Mosaic hops. It’s aggressively bitter with tasty pine character and a hint of citrus. There’s a solid malt body to support it and light carbonation. Very nice.
