tap - Pours pinkish-red with a small off-white head. It has a nice cranberry aroma. The flavor is sweet and smooth with fine carbonation and pleasant tart berries. I enjoyed it.

Draft. Cranberry and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy reddish amber with small head. Sweet-tart lactic cranberry and wheat malt flavor. Okay.

Draft @ brewery. Lactic wheat malt and heavy buttery (diacetyl) aroma. Deep rose with a large white head. Wheat malt, light tart cranberry, and diacetyl flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. The rumor among the local homebrewers is the diacetyl flavor that is becoming so common in this brewery’s beer is the result of continually re-culturing the house yeast.
