Bottle 50cl. Golden, clear with a white head. Aroma of wheat, malt and spices. Medium bitter, lofty sweet. Light banana end.

500ml bottle, batch 1500, from EuroSpar Tomasjord. A wheat haze to a pale golden body. Pearl white head, remaining as a layer leaving clingy lacing behind. Fresh aroma of citrus on a backbone of wheat. Succulent taste of orange and lemon added by wheat and a moderate touch of spices. Yeasty fruitiness to the finish promoting a semi-dry fruity bitter ending. Soft in the mouth. Very refreshing and a perfect partner to the Yuletide salmon. A pleasant surprise, indeed(Tromsø 28.12.2015).

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a white creamy head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, cloves, hay, mowed grass, lime, soap and herbs. The flavor is also filled with citrus, dry hay, herbs and spices. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium mouth feel and a light bitterness. Far from a classic Christmas beer but a very fresh and fruity ale. Nice and tasteful.

500ml bottle from K-Supermarket Kamppi, Helsinki. Pours clear fizzy yellowish with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast, spices, ginger, hints of ripe fruits and lemon. Taste is a bit messy with hints of fruits, spices and yeast. Finish is yeasty, slightly fruity and grassy with hints of spices and gingerbread. Quite light bodied, but not overly spicy.

A light yellow beer, strong bubbling in the glass, a head is big and blond. Aromatic nose has strong flowers, even some perfume, fruitness, orange peel and spicyness of cloves. Taste has fruitness, peppery spicyness, some flowers. Hint of cloves/cinnamon spices in the end, that’s how the spices should be used, only hint of flavours can be noticed. Almost medium bodied, refreshning. I like this beer, good and aromatic, nicely only hint of X-mas spices.

Bottle, thanks SirLimpsalot. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, yeast, light soap, coriander and light bread. Quite refreshing, more like a summer beer.

Gulbrun noe tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter trevirke, kvae, honning og julekrydder. Middels fylde. Smaker kardemomme, barnåler og syrlige epler. Middels lang.

Felt like a wit with some spices that not did blend to well.
Hazy golden color with a white head. Some lacing. Wheat and some spices in the aroma with an ok intensity. Medium body and an average carbonation. Tad sweet. Wheat, herbal, mild citric and some spices in the flavor.

Flaske 500ml på Blå Rock Cafe Tromsø. Lys guldengulbrun. Litt uklar. Høyt kritthvitt skum. God sitrusaroma med hint av krydder. Smaken passe søt. Litt sitrus. Litt banan. Bra hveteøl. Kan sikkert passe til mange av julens retter.
