500 ml bottle, batch #1713, from Coop Xtra, Sauda. ABV is 4.5%, IBU 20. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate to low white head. Aroma of coriander and various Christmas spices, including anise or liquorice. Also some citrussy / wheaty notes. Citrussy / wheaty flavour, said spices are there, but in moderate amounts. A nice and unusual Christmas brew, suitable to accompany the season’s fish dishes.

Bottle shared with JFE at Vaaland Bryghuus 08.05.20. Clear pale goden. Foamy bright white head. Fine aroma and taste of Belgian saison, Czech pilsner, citrus zest, bitter citrus seeds and meadows. Good!

Bottle. No idea where from. Just shit meself. Dogs just had a piss inside. This is a great beer. Big brett and light herb. No trace of Christmas. Guts are rumbling like fuck. Think Covid 19 is kicking in. See you soon. Actually though, this is a great beer. Pretty fresh and elegant. Great floral character sits well with the brett. Nice one.
