4 oz draft pour at Spacebar listed as Barrel Aged Secret Stache. Black with light tan ring, no head. Aromas of bourbon, chocolate, caramel. Tastes of big barrel notes including coconut and vanilla, dark chocolate, some oak. Medium body with a dry finish. Semi-creamy mouthfeel. Solid, I think this could use a bit less time in the barrels or I’m just not a big fan of the barrels used.

Bottle (Stache in the Wood - Willett barrel, Vanilla bean, and lactose - 5.3%) Vanilla, bourbon and light lactic chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with giant light brown head (a bit of a gusher). Sweet light vanilla chocolate malt and sour lactic flavor. Body pretty light. Okay but not great.

Bottle shared by Cybercat at Ale Alpharetta. Pours black, with a medium, brown head. The aroma is apples, cocoa, and strawberries, with a light, peaty, watery scotch-ish note in the finish. Sweet and oddly fruity, with a bit of off funk. Medium body, thin and watery. Overall, the aroma had promise, but the flavor is off, making this unfortunately difficult to drink.
