This 90 shilling ale will blow you away. Aged in prepared bourbon barrels for 6 months, this highly complex strong scotch ale has a nice balance of esters, caramel, sweetness, alcohol and smokey bourbon. No flavor overpowers the profile. This irresistible brew is best served between 55 and 57 F.

Bottle. Bourbon, chocolate toffee malt, and herbal aroma. Dark brown with giant tan head. Sweet bourbon, chocolate barley malt, and lightly bitter ash flavor. Alcohol finish. Strong bourbon presence - a bit boozy but nice.

Draft @ Brewhaven. Earthy smoky whiskey and caramel malt aroma. Hazy brown with a large beige head. Sweet boozy caramel malt, whiskey, and woody/oaky flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.
