Bottle. Copper color. Malty aroma and taste, light caramel, loght to mediumm bitter. Light body, malty caramel bitter finish. Drinkable, but totaly out of style.

No swing-top bottle. Prosta etykieta i butelka. Totalne rozczarowanie, jasne niemal jak lager, bardzo jasny bursztyn, nie wiem czemu to dunkel, palonego slodu chyba sporo zaoszczedzono. Jedyny plus to piana, sporawa, lekko bezowata, trwala. Kolejny raz niemiecka jakosc mnie zawodzi.

Brown with a quickly fading, frothy head. Aroma of roasted grains and caramel. Something vaguely fruity but also drifting towards old tennis shoe. Taste is very mildly bitter with a touch of caramel sweetness at the end. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth. Okay.

Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a shaker. Slightly unclear amber brown, huge creamy beige head, good retention, patchy lacing. Aroma light roastmalt, grain, caramel, brown sugar. Taste medium sweet and maltbitter, caramel, milk chocolate. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, mild roasted sweetbitter aftertaste, very nice.

0,5 l bottle. Dark copper in the glass with a more than two finger pale beige head. Looks really nice. Smells malty. Taste is also malty, toasted with caramell, smooth. Low carbonated. Increasing malty in the second part with shy grainy elements. Nice one.

No Truchtlinger on my bottle. Clear brown. Aroma is caramel, some melasses, pistacchio, brown sugar. Taste is sweetish caramel with some roasty bitterness, quite creamy on the tongue with good drinkability. Solid!

Tap. Rather clear brown color with a ruby highlight and an off-white head. Aroma is chocolate, bready, a bit nutty. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty!
