We started with a pretty simple IPA malt bill and got more interesting from there. We spiked the grain bill with a generous portion of rye malt to add that grain’s characteristic spiciness. Also, there are loads of American hops in here. Look for plenty of juicy orange from Bravo, vibrant grapefruit from Simcoe, and a load of pine from Centennial. There is also a generous dose of the milder but still assertive Tettnanger. We also used a Belgian yeast strain to produce a variety of fruity esters and a hint of American hops on top of the Belgian yeast characteristics. This beer will take you all the way to Partytown!
