rewed in tribute to Broadway in Indianapolis’ presentation of The Addams Family, “Cara Mia” - meaning “my darling” - represents the passionate love between Gomez and Morticia Addams. This Belgian-Style Witbier’s use of orange peel pays homage to Gomez’s Castilian heritage while the floral rose and hibiscus notes echo the lingering presence of Moritica’s flower arrangements. The result is a beer that is mysterious and kooky, and altogether spooky.

Growler: Pours clear red, with a tall pink head. Tangerine, hibiscus aroma. Taste is sweet berry, florals. Very fruity, berry-driven over wheat and citrus. The rose comes through subtlely. Very different, but very tasty.

Draft. Orange-berry, floral, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Orange-red with small head. Floral hibiscus, orange, light coriander, and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. A very nice beer - isn’t your typical witbier.
