This Munich style lager was brewed with German
Pilsner and Munich malts. The result is a very crisp and
clean profile that really lets the high-quality malt
character shine through. The sweetness of the malt is
balanced with generous additions of First Gold and
Tettnang hops. To condition the brew, we aged it for 50
days in French oak barrels formerly used to age red
wine. The resulting oak character is prominent and
complex with faint red wine notes but not
overpowering.
