Draft at the J Bar, Athens, 7/13/13. Pours a clear red brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of caramel, toffee, mild fruit. The taste is toffee, herbal hops, nutty notes. Medium bodied, slight lingering bitterness.

Sample at The J Bar as part of Ohio Brew Week. Clear brownish-red color with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing. Caramel, malt and fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, herbal hops and nuts. The finish is sweet with a biscuit malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft. Light toffee malt aroma. Brown with small head. Sweet bready toffee malt flavor. Light hay finish.
