A classic German wheat beer made from 60% wheat malt that imparts a fine acidity to the palate. The yeast is the real star of the show, imparting the classic banana and clove flavor and aromas. A russet brown color might suggest a heavier beer, but don’t be fooled. This is as light and refreshing as our Se7en with just a touch more fruitiness.

Draft. Banana, clove, and chocolate malt aroma. Brown with moderate head. Sweet banana, clove, and chocolate toffee malt flavor. Nice body. Very solid.
