Christian Moerlein Brewing Co. was founded 161 years ago in Cincinnati’s historic Brewery District by Beer Baron Christian Moerlein. Ten years ago, greater Cincinnati resident Greg Hardman purchased Christian Moerlein in order to bring back Cincinnati’s grand brewing traditions. Ten/161 is a winter warmer aged in bourbon barrels for three months.

Draft: Clear, deep red-brown with a small off-white head. Caramel, boozy aroma. Dark fruit, caramel and alcohol aroma. Heavy alcohol presence, but balanced to be nice and warming. Nicely done....a good winter sipper.

Draft. Vinous barley malt and alcohol aroma. Chestnut with small head. Woody sweet wine/cherry malt and light alcohol flavor. Very tasty.
