Bottle. Deep golden body with a frothy white head, fully diminishing. Aroma of nail polish, fruit, oak wood, vanilla. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Lightly acidic. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Taste of brett with a light tartness. Astringency in the finish. Woody dry finish, but too sweet initially. Boozy at the end.

Bottle: Cloudy amber, small off-white head. Aroma is funky, horseblanket and orange. Very bitter leafy/grassy flavor. Tangy.....the bitterness is bit harsh and unbalanced.

Bottle. Light lemon malt and moderate horseblanket aroma. Hazy golden yellow with nice off-white head. Mildly sweet lemon, malt, wood, Brett, and lightly bitter orange peel flavor. Body fairly light but nice for a saison. Bitter grass and lemon peel aftertaste. Very nice - strong but not overwhelming Brettanomyces presence.
