Amber in color with a very fragrant malt aroma, this dark mild is slight sweet with a medium body. Best of the Show at the Indiana State Fair 2003.

Draft @ brewery. Buttery caramel malt and light apple cider vinegar aroma. Clear copper with a small off-white head, nice lacing. Fruity caramel malt flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation.

Draft: Nearly clear amber with a small, off-white head. Floral, spice aroma and flavour..... Caramel.....thin... Ok, but rather weak bodied, overall.

Draft. Butterscotch malt aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet buttery barley malt flavor. Not bad.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with an off white head. Katy nose. Flavors of caramel and some smoke notes. Medium bodied. Smooth finish.

tap at the brewpub - Pours clear red with a small white head. It has a mild malt aroma. The flavor is sweet caramel malt with some mild hops. It has a light to medium body and a sweet finish. It’s simple, but very quaff-able.

Red copper ale with a strong butterscotch aroma, and grassy. Intense butterscotch with nice nutty notes, with a light hops finish. Oily mouthfeel. Medium bodied.
