Unser „Ungespundetes“ ist ein helles, unfiltriertes Bier mit kräftigem aber feinem Hopfenaroma und weniger Kohlensäure. Dieses Bier trägt diesen Namen, weil es im Lagerkeller ohne Spundung (also ohne Überdruck) gelagert wird bis es vollkommen ausgereift ist.

Pours slightly hazed blonde. Small white head. Scent is full, a warm embrace of hops over a dense maltbase ( bready) taste is very full, intense bready. Hints of smoked. I hate smoked , but at this rate its not only tolerable, its even of added value. Truly unique , and i appreciate it very much. Fruity, medium hoppy, nice and intense maltbase. Exceptional !

Bottle. Cloudy yellow color, with creamy white head, lacing. Aroma is hay, bread crust, yeasts, grassy hops. Taste is bready, herbal hops, a bit flowery too. Nice bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Maybe I expected a bit more, but it's a good beer.

Clear orange blond beer, creamy small white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, a bit fruity, some apples, hay, barnyard, a little funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body, creamy texture. Taste: nice, very full and creamy, rich malt flavours without tasting too raw or rural, good bitterness, a bit herbal, very nice lager! Aftertaste: nice bitterness, malty, very rich, good bitterness, hot diggity, this is the good stuff!

Draught @ Pikkulintu Ruttupuisto. Smooth, slightly smoky and grassy hoppy with hints of grainy malts, leather, grass and hay. Quite tasty but this one would probably be even better super fresh

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20231207) The beer poured deep golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A great with few but very clean flavours in a delicate balance.

Tap at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, grain, dryness, malts... very nice.

From the barrel (själrvrunnet) at Zum Fransizkaner. Gentle smoke aroma. Bright gold colour. Creamy taste with light smoke malt. Sticky. Prefer the keg version which is probably heresy. Still delicious though.
