Gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is orange jam and caramel on top, grains and floral hints underneath. Taste is bitter the whole way through. Lingering bitter finish with a touch of spice. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, nice chewiness. Goes down easy with no sign of the alcohol. Good one.

Trübe goldgelbe Farbe, stabile, gemischtporige Schaumkrone. In der Nase hefig und fruchtig, Orangenschalen, Aprikosen, Helles Malz und eine leicht pfeffrige Würzigkeit. Im Geschmack viel Steinobst, frische Pfirsiche, Mirabellen, Zitrusschalen, trocken, deutliche Hopfenbittere, voller aber zugänglicher Körper.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Soft and sweet with notes of ripe fruits, candied orange, pale malt, touch of grassy hop. Well-balanced sweetness and mild bitter, medium body. A solid example of the style.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average, thick, dense, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mellow, pale malty and minimally floral, hoppy aroma, hints of honey. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty, minimally floral hoppy, notes of honey, floral honey. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, dense, soft, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Very mild and smooth, harmonious, not overly complex - pretty nice.

Bottle at home from HOTM, 16th September 22. Pours a golden colour, massive head. Aroma is fresh, dough, hops, grass, aromatic. Taste is grass, dough, bitter hops, aromatic, this is really good and not too sweet, great beer

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. Amber pour with a fluffy white head. Nose is lemongrass, vanilla, touch of sulphur. Taste very different to the nose -orange peel, apricot predominant, touch of candied peel. Spicy bittersweet finish.
