An assertive foray into the Belgian Red territory, this beer lets the malt and the yeast battle it out for supremacy. The malt brings in a good portion of wheat to bolster the mouthfeel and a blend of honey malt, caramel malt, and roasted barley provide a complex set of malt flavors along with a ruby red color. Look for caramel, fruits, and slight toasty notes from the malt. The yeast provides a bready note as well as a generous helping of pitted fruit flavors like cherry, fig, and plum. Great on the patio as Fall starts to make itself known.
