An exercise in moderation. Bitterness is neither too much nor too little. It is bitter as appropriate.
This session strength IPA is a celebration of balance. A very simple grain bill provides sugars and just enough body to support the ample but not aggressive hopping. Hopheads will appreciate the late-boil use of myrcene-laden Falconer’s Flight and Centennial hop additions while casual drinkers will appreciate the low alcohol content and smooth accessibility. If you like it, have another. Moderation in moderation.

Draft: Clear gold, cottony white head. Light hop aroma....honey... Slightly sour-lemony grain taste. Dry. Increasing grapefruit flavor as it warms.

Draft. Yeast, orange, and strong orange/lime peel aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Yeasty sweet orange, very light malt, and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Nice light hoppy beer.
