12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 1/7/2016. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense off white head with solid retention, that reduces to a spotty lacing cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Good appearance. Aromas of big peach, apricot, melon, pineapple, pear, honey, bread, rosemary, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of peach/apricots, herbal spices, pale malt, and fruity yeast notes; with good strength. Taste of big tart peach, apricot, melon, pear, pineapple, honey, bread, rosemary, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Moderate fruit tartness and light herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, apricot, melon, pineapple, pear, honey, bread, rosemary, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of peach/apricots, herbal spices, pale malt, and fruity yeast flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from fruit acidity as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/acidic, and fairly creamy/bready balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming presence after the finish. Overall this is a very nice fruited gruit style. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of peach/apricots, herbal spices, pale malt, and fruity yeast flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Huge on the fruit flavor, and not overly sweet on the malt. A very enjoyable offering.

tap - This brew has an off-white head and a substantial peach aroma. It’s sweet, but not overly so, and bubbly with good peach flavor, a medium body, and a refreshing finish. Enjoyable.
