tried in bottle from Real Ale, Newark. Hazy pale golden colour with a white head. Not much aroma, but light wheat citrus. taste medium sweet, slight fresh zesty. Medium Body.

Smell of yeast, banana, bread. Cloudy amber colour, small white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, wheat, some herbs. Very balanced very basic hefeweizen. Sweet. Mid-flat carbon. This is of course similar to their all other beers, but then, they never fail this.

Bottle. Light orange with a nice frothy head. Aroma of clove, bubblegum and a bit of citrus fruits. A hint of yeast. Taste is clove, lemons, wheat, fruity and slightly malty. Almost devoid of bananas and yeast. Aftertaste is sour and spritzy. Strong carbonation. Quite light mouthfeel. Very balanced and refreshing. A real good one but I'm missing some of the punch of Schneider's other offerings.

0.5l bottle from schneider beer box set. pours a cloudy golden with a big frothy head. aroma of phenols, sweet flowers, banana, cloves, citrus. flavour of citrus, bubblegum, apple juice, wood. easily drinkable.

Bottle from Geers. Hazy yellow, nice creamy long lasting foam. Nose of banana, yeasty. Some wheat-sour hints. Easy drinkable.

Herrlich blumiges Bouquet, hektische Perlung mit weißen Strängen, Himmel ist das ein schönes Bier. Im Trunk Malz, herb, in der Tendenz eher Banane als Nelke, sehr ausgewogen, süffig, hinten süß. Sehr lecker, definitiv ein Kastenbier!

Cloudy yellow to orange, big dense head. Aroma: wheat malt, phenols, minor banana. Similar taste. Low bitterness. Good but not breathtaking like some other Schneider beers

hazy dark golden to orange colour, large, dense white head; aroma of intensive clove, banana, wet wheat, hints of peach and maybe cinnamon, too; taste of banana, clove, lemony sourish notes, honey sweetness and overripe watery, not too sweet peach; great and refreshing weizen

Hatalmas, nem túl tartós hab, narancsba hajló szín, szűretlen. Búzás, banános, szegfűszeges illat. Leheletnyit édeskés, búzás, szegfűszeges, banános ízvilág. Könnyed, épp hogy nem vizes, erős szénsavtartalommal és enyhe keserűvel. Egy picit karcos, nem igazán jött be.

Bottle at home. Remember this as one of my favourite wheats but a year out of date, too much sediment and it all felt a bit disjointed and flat. Need to try again.
