12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, 6/18/19. Hazy amber, thin foamy tan head, fair retention. Aroma of toasted grain, dank, citrus, stone fruit. Taste is grain, pine, citrus, resin. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a near clear orange but has a ton of sediment and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of pine with a strong grass note and a decent amount of sweet grains. Flavor is similar with lots of grass and some sweet grains and a slight pine bite.

Pour is a clear orange with a large white head. Aroma is an ok hop not striking but there. Flavor is more a caramel malt with a very minor hop in the backround. Finish is a heavy dose of malt. It had a minor hop presence so it was not awful but in the large world of IPA’s you have to go all out and this did not.

12oa bottle. If they had come out with a completely bad-ass IPA, people would have lost their shit. This is straight up mediocrity, maybe worse. First of all, anything Stevens Point touches it destroys. Definite grainy buttery schwaggy action. Thick and sugary. Cheap quality. Unenjoyable. More than likely I will never drink this beer again.

Pours a hazy copper-orange color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of citrus, earthy hops and caramel malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Draft. Light amber body. Frothy white head. Light aroma of toasted grain, citrus, lemon, sweet grapefruit. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Inoffensive and easy drinking. On the sweet side.

Bottle at a friends tasting. From notes. Floral and pine with a huge citrus nose and taste. Probably one of the better capital beers I’ve had.

Bottle from beerboxer. Pours light amber gold with a creamy white head. Aroma seems earthy. Med body. Foamy carb. Flavor seems very hoppy, but it’s earthy hop. Mild hop burn. It’s sort of chewy. Malt backbone exists, but it’s not exactly caramel. Lots of bitter on the tongue sides. Personally, I think this ale deserves a higher rating than it has garnered. It’s laid back, but there seems to be lots of ingredients - not a cheaply brewed ale. Finishes dry, bitter and satisfying - hop wise.

Bottle. Pours clear orange, medium off white head, great lacing. Aroma is pine, caramel, citrus. Flavor is the same, light sweet, light bitter. Not great, but not terrible. Medium body, metallic finish.
