Time spent with a blend of five varieties of roasted peppers brings a mild spiciness and lingering, bearable heat to the malty sweetness of our traditional American Amber Ale.

Growler. Green chili malt aroma. Deep amber with a moderate off-white head. Earthy green chili flavor with just a hint of spiciness. Of course, as usual with chili beers, I wish the spiciness was more pronounced. Light body, soft carbonation.

Draft/growler. Jalapeno/Bell pepper and malt aroma. Dark brown with minimal head. Mildly sweet malt and pepper flavor. Hint of heat in the finish. Tasty.

Draft: Deep copper/amber with a short tan head. Caramel malt, pepper aroma. Taste is malty, smooth, caramel with a slight chile spice.... Chipotle or Ancho.... Creamy, works well with the little kick.
