A modern interpretation of an ancient top fermented saline sour ale native to Saxony that disappeared during the early part of the 20th century. This beer is brewed with equal parts malted wheat and barley; seasoned with Himalayan pink salt, coriander, and hops; and fermented with yeast and lactobacillus. Light bodied, highly carbonated, pale in color, with a subtle aroma of spice and citrus and a dry, crisp, refreshing finish

Refrigerated plastic bottle poured into a sample glass. Pours golden with small white head, aroma is faint tart. Taste is slight tart with some offness. Not one of the better gose.

Growler: Hazy, medium yellow/gold with a short white head. Scent is lemon, grain, salt, lactics. Taste is tart citrus, salted lime. Almost sour....acidic. Very, very good.

Growler. Creamy barley malt aroma. Hazy gold with no head. Slightly tart lacto fermented lemon, barley malt, and light briny flavor. Light body, soft carbonation. Very tasty, sessionable summer beer. I could drink a lot of this one.

Draft. Lactic lemon, salt and wheat malt aroma. Lightly hazy golden yellow with small head. Sweet-tart lemon, light salt and light malt flavor. Light body. Mild but pretty tasty - a great summer beer.
