Hard Core Gore, a unique beer for a unique man, will be brewed once every year in loving memory of our friend, employee and co-conspirator, Jason Gore. Jason succumbed to cancer in September, 2010. Hard Core Gore is a Belgo-American Imperial IPA, and was formulated in 2011 by former NABC brewer Jared Williamson.

Tap, 2016 version. Pours clear orange Amber, medium creamy tan head, great lacing. Aroma is Belgium yeast, oranges, grass, tangerine, clove. Flavor is pretty sweet, medium plus bitter, lots of orange citrus, clove, banana, field grass. Medium body, silky mouthfeel. Lots of lingering bitterness.

Draft: Clear amber with a small, off-white head. Orange, orange-peel aroma. Orange and caramel malt...sticky sweet taste. Deep, leafy, herbal hop bitter. Very bold flavours. Very, very nice.

Draft. Caramel, orange, and pine aroma. Clear amber with minimal head. Sweet orange-caramel malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Excellent blending. Excellent.
