An easy drinking traditional style Scottish Ale with an amber body. Light hop additions give a slight floral and herbal characteristic to match a toffee and caramel mouth-feel and aroma from the traditional malt profile.

On tap at the Wurst Bar in Ypsilanti. Pours amber with a white head. Peated malt and toffee aroma. Nice peated malt flavor with toffee, quite a nice vanilla flavor, some caramel and hints of citrus. Mostly clean finish, just leaving behind traces of the vanilla. I enjoy it.

Draft. Light peat and caramel malt aroma. Cloudy orange-brown with small head. Lightly smokey sweet caramel malt flavor. Very nice.
