Draft @ brewery. Very light aroma - fruity mocha aroma - disappointing for the style. Black with a small tan head. Sweet fruity roasty malt flavor and light saccharine in the finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. Good as an average stout, but didnβt meet my expectations for a RIS.

Draft. Cherry cola and barley malt aroma. Black with small tan head. Sweet cherry and chocolate malt flavor. Moderate bitter herbal hops finish. Nicely drinkable. / 1-22-16 - Aged for over a year Much more prominent oak and bourbon aroma along with chocolate malt. Head small but long lasting. Lightly sweet cherry, chocolate malt, bourbon, and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Gains a couple of points - aged very nicely.
