Hazy blonde and raw honey coloured body with a very thin, single centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of bright yeast, a ton of coriander seed freshness and a lot of crisp wheat along with a bit of curacao and full oranges. Medium-bodied; Robust wheat richness shows at first with a lot of the citrus fruit flavours, some spiciness from the coriander seed and even some nutmeg here noticeable, with a dry wheat finish and a very soft amount of low alpha acid bitterness from hops at the end. Aftertaste is very rich and very easy-drinking thanks to the wheat here with a crisp yeast bite and some light spicy qualities at the end with the coriander seed and curacao coming through. Overall, a pretty nice German unfiltered wheat with a lot of citrus notes, but the wheat, yeast and easy-drinking, full-bodied nature make this very nice and worth trying if you are here in the summertime. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized pour, on draught at The Eagle restaurant in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana on 09-August-2021 for US$6,00 with my wife and kids on my twelfth wedding anniversary.
