Hazy ochre with a big, lasting, foamy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of mango peel, tangerine, grapefruit, cheese, spruce, pear, lime juice, slight off-note. Light fruity sour onset, unripe tangerine & lime, light sweet too, a bit bready & exotic, mango & pear; light to medium hoppy bitter middle with grapefruit & orange rinds. Dryish, piney & floral hoppy finish, lingering fruit rinds, not overly bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Sessionable Pale Ale but I'm not blown away.

Sampled draft @ Modeste 2018. Hazy orange, small white. Nose is dull bread, stale paper, hay. Taste is dull paper, hay, bread, dough, pencil, bread,… Disappointing, expected more from Nepomucen.

Keg at Warsaw Beer Festival, 08/04/17. Very lightly hazed orange amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is orange pith, toasted grains, melon, straw. Taste comprises tangerines, grassy bite, melon, light floral tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Passable pale.

Lys brun lett tåkete med høyt tykt offwhite skum. Lukter korn, honning, fudge og sitrus. Middels minus i fylde. Fruktig sødme, middels minus i bitterhet.
