A big Double IPA brewed with 2-row barley and crystal malt. We added Citra, Centennial, and Amarillo hops to the boil to add floral and citrus notes to the huge malt backbone. A generous amount of honey was added to the boil to contribute to the flavor complexity and dry finish. Amarillo and Centennial hops were add post fermentation for added hop aroma. A barrage of honey, alcohol and hops!!

Tap at brewery. Caramel malt and orange hops aroma. Amber with a small white head. Fruity orange hops and caramel malt flavor. Medium body, strange metallic mouth feel (but no metallic flavor). Nice malt/hop balance.
