12 oz can, sampled straight from the can while tubing down a river and getting scored by the sun. Aroma is big Pilsner malt, grain and generic hops.
Flavor is a basic Pilsner, grain, light grass, weak bitterness that shows for a second after the swallow. No major flaws but it just a Pils, nothing to get worked up over.

Purchased at Spec’s in Austin, TX; enjoyed on the back porch of my good buddies place on a great, warm, sunny day in March. I think this is a fantastic warm weather brew. Appearance is a crisp gold with a light white head. Aroma of light hay, light bready malt. Taste does down crisp and refreshing with a great hop backing. Solid stuff.

At a tasting, thanks Ariel, clear gold colour, fruit and herbs aroma with just a hint of honey, fruity hops flavour, feels like cascade, also some tobbaco and floral notes with an empathic bitterness. Very nice and fresh.

Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel Florentin. Thanks Ariel. Clear golden. Decent aroma of grassy and citric hops and a bit of bready malt. Flavor has a bit of bready malt, slightly sweetish and nice grassy and citric hops bitterness. Rather light-bodied. Pleasant and refreshing.

On tap at woodrows. Pours a clear gold with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is honey and wheat grass. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet hop and light bitterness. Decent.

On tap. Pours with a clear straw golden hued body with a large, fluffy white head. Aromas are of bready malt, floral and spicy hop, light citrus notes. Overall grainy. Clean yeast wise. Flavors show a medium to strong grassy bitterness, hay, straw, clean and dry. Pronounced lingering bitterness. A hint metallic. Clean yeast wise. Dry, crisp, and bitter with lively carbonation and smaller bodied.

Can (courtesy of BarZigKin). Creamy barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Slightly sweet creamy barley malt and moderately bitter herbal hops flavor. Pretty good.

Got this in a trade with a friend. 12 ounce can into pilsener glass; no canning date, but I got it recently. Pours almost crystal clear golden straw color with a nice 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with fantastic retention that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Some decent lacing clinging the glass, and plenty of carbonation streaming up. Aromas of lemon, grass, floral hops, pepper, herbs, and a bit of biscuit. Nice aromas with good balance and decent strength. Taste of big lemon, biscuit, floral, pepper, herb, grass, and spiciness. Light floral bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, biscuit, herb, pepper, and spiciness on the finish for a bit. Medium carbonation and body; with a crisp and very nice mouthfeel that is not thin at all. No alcohol noticed at all in the taste or finish as expected, and very drinkable. Overall this is a highly excellent pilsener, with a ton of nice well balanced flavor. One of the best ones I have had for sure.

Location: Draft at Ginger Man- Austin, 2/17/12
Aroma: The nose has some light hops, with yeast, grains, and floral notes
Appearance: This one pours a clear golden-yellow color, with a white head atop it
Flavor: The flavor is decdently crisp, mild, it is both lightly sweet, and lightly bitter
Palate: The body is light-to-medium, and it has a solid, decently crisp feel on the mouth
Overall Impression: This is an alright pils. I wasn't overly impressed, but it is solid and fairly on style. There isn't a whole heck of a lot more to say beyond that.
