Poured a clear gold in Austin. A bit of sweet malt and planet tang. Ok unspectacular

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is wet hay some grain and grass citrus hops. Taste is more of the nice bread forward citrus hops.

Tap at Culinary Dropout, Domain, Austin, Texas, 11th December 19. Pours clear straw colour. Aroma is light hay, light citrus. Taste is clean, slightly sweeter for a pils, yeast and hay. Pretty good, not as crisp and bitter as the Hans Pils

Draft at the brewery. 27 IBU. Clear yellow-gold color with a long-lasting white head. Definitive Pilsener malt flavor but the mouthfeel isn't as sharp or as bitter as others I've tasted - and that's a good thing. Pretty decent overall.

Why yes, this was from my hotel minibar immediately after I got in... thanks for asking. Anyway, it pours a golden with with a white head. Aroma is grassy and a bit bready. Light bitter and very smooth. Grassy sort of agtertaste. Pretty clean and refreshing.

Keg at the Ginger Man - Austin, TX. Pours clear yellow, lightly effervescent, with a mild, creamy white head. Crispy cereal in the nose, light grass, pale grains. Light to medium sweet flavour with further grainy pale malts, cereal, straw, biscuits, mellow grassy bitterness. Light in body with average carbonation. Crisp and clean to finish, with further grassy and husky bitterness, biscuity malts, straw. Good pils.

At a restaurant while in Austin on business. Complete with a coozy. Clear pale yellow with sustained white head. Crisp and dry finish, with slight spiciness from the noble hops. Taste on a hot night.
