Tap (moved rating). Nice wheat malt and ripe banana aroma. Cloudy orange yellow color with a moderate fluffy white head. Strong and slightly sour wheat malt flavor with light banana and orange flavors. Very nice beer - less sweet and fruity than some but quite quaffable.

tap - 100th rating of Indiana beer - It pours slightly hazy yellow with a one finger head. The aroma is of wheat malt, yeast, and bananas. The flavor is light and sweet with just a little bit of banana in the background. It’s refreshing, but a touch watery. It could use a fuller flavor with better fruit notes. (rating moved from the happy weasel hefeweizen to the correct beer)
