Muffig-bitterer Antrunk, kaum malzig. Ziemlich eigenes Bier! Danke an kappldav123 für das Bier! 11/6/8/8/6/7

Bottle: Clear, amber coloured, big fluffy off-white head; caramelly-bitter flavour with a bitter-and papery background (almost a bit metallic); moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering caramelly-bitter finish. O.K., boring....

(bottle) Clear, dark brown colour with a big and light-beige foamy head. Sweet toast-malty aroma with notes of caramel, a light touch of cardboard and shy herbal hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium flavour, smooth carbonation. Toast-malty, slightly caramelly and papery taste with a moderately dry bitter-sweet toasty finish. Not overly exciting. 17.III.10

Bottle. Caramel malt and grassy hops aroma. Dark red-brown color with moderate head. Sweet caramel malt flavor with a moderate grassy hops flavor - this mixture works well. More enjoyable than a Black and Tan.

The bottle looks good, reminds me a little bit of the Schloss Eggenberg Urbock 23. Dark in the glass, like a dunkel, starts mild, malty, modest dry, also a bit smoky, fruity notes of plum. Modest hoppy in the background. Round finish, quite drinkable. Not bad!
