Summertime sunsets are a perfect combination of colors and warmth which flawlessly blend together in a way that keeps us wishing that the moment could last forever. The same goes true for this this delicious new brew. Keeping with its namesake, we layered multiple crystal and caramel malts over a munich and pale malt base to give aromas and flavors ranging from biscuit and bready to subtle chocolate and toffee. On top of this awesome malt bill we used a hop profile that gives this beer a light lemon grass and pineapple character to brighten the finish. This beer is definitely an easy drinker which gives your palate an experience to remember.
