Our Heather honey traditional mead explodes with Scottish Heather honey, known for it’s incredibly vibrant aromatics and flavors, which bear a strong resemblance to those of Scotch Whisky. It is among the dearest of honeys, fetching high prices for it’s mesmerizingly fruity, woody and complex nature. The honey and the mead can both be accurately described as boldly perfumed, uninhibited and resplendent. Batch 2 was released 4/27/2019

Billie’s ‘19. Clear golden with no heard. Aroma of big floral honey. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
