Draught Good head, off-white, soon reduced to rim over hazy orange-amber beer. Acetic acid, and alas, not much else. Sharp acetic flavour, masked by caramel and brown candi sugar; musk, wood. Burning MF, sharp. Light body yet sticky. No. This is a misser. Let alone lambic.

29/XI/19 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-2017) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Aroma: pretty funky, acidic, caramel, oxidized, fruity, lots of brett, cheesy. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: super acidic, lots of vinegar, fruity, lemony. Aftertaste: lots of brett, funky, lemon juice, some bitter tannins. Not very balanced, but not unpleasant either.

Keg at Great Swedish Beer Festival. Deep golden, small head. Funky nose with lemon juice and hay. Tart with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, bread and lemon juice. Low bitterness.

Sample at Sour Spring Break, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and falvours: Sweetness, some honey, fruits, vinegar, some sourness... burning my throath.

From backlog. Draught @ Sour Spring Break. Floral, farmyardy and earthy with some sweetish notes, growing sourness, hints of vinegar and acidic notes. Interesting, quite untypical lambic.
