330 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with full head. Aromas of grass, pine resin, pineapple and toasted malts. Flavors of pine, citrus, dank bittering hops, a bit of spice and toasted malts. Nice.

Tap at Vivo Vivo, Siracusa, 31st May 19. Pours light straw. Aroma is yeast and citrus. Taste is bitter, slight Belgian yeast and resin. Great and dry wth bitterness

Bit unclear, yellow colored, strong white frothy-soap head, long lasting. Aroma is of some pale malt, moderate+ lemony citrus, fruity and some floral hops. Taste is medium sweet pale malt, medium lemony, citrusy, floral and fruity hops, medium bitterness, dry finish, floral aftertaste. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. Nice and clean. (bottle)

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours classic gold with fine white foam. Aroma is aromatic, piney. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter with good underlying sweetness. Finish is fairly long.

Keg at Extra Hop, Palermo, 04/10/17. Golden amber with a decent off white head. Nose is caramel malts, biscuit, orange peel, toasted grains. Taste comprises orange pith, biscuit crumble, light grapefruit zest, citric tinged straw, caramel malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Serviceable APA.

On tap @ IBF Pub Edition, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata ed elegante. La persistenza olfattiva è considerevole. Il cappello di schiuma si presenta compatto e cremoso, a carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido rilascia bollicine fini ed è velato. Il colore è ambrato carico. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L’amaro è carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona e lunga. Il gusto è godereccio, voluttuoso. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono da favola. Il finale è felpato, amarognolo e lungo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. I sentori sono di caramello, frutta secca e pane tostato.
