Bottle at RateBeer Best Awards. Pours a hazy gold orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, oak, yeast, grass. Medium body, yeast, funk, grass, brett, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

[1/29/17] Bottle/Can/Crowler/Growler at the RateBeer award ceremony bottle share at Flamingo Hotel in Santa Rosa. Cloudy yellow. Funky, fruity, citrus, flowers, dry, mildly tart. Very good.

Bottle. It pours a pale orange color with a white head. The aroma is lightly funky with a little apricot and lemon. The flavor has massive funk with a little saison spice, barrel, and smoky brett. Light tartness. Apricots. A lovely beer. Lots of pillowy brett funk. No phenols. Hint of lemony tartness in the finish. Bubbly, with clean pale malts. Almost SARA like.

Bottle at RBGT. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is funky saison, some farmhouse and stables. Body is light, tart and refreshing, with a crisp carbonation. Fruity grape palate. Works.

Bottle - Funky and tart Skunky hops. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky citrus and nic fruity notes with a clean finish. Very nice.

Sample at the tap room. Slightly hazy straw color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, peaches, malt and mild citrusy hops. The finish is fruity with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Bottle shared on NJ Transit - big ups to Sandy and Willy. Pours deep gold with a strong, creamy head. The nose has lemon, light funk, citrus rind, tangerine. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice melon and tangerine notes, a little citric tang, low bitterness. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Good balance to finish, with more lightly tangy citrus fruits and soft funkiness. Lovely stuff.
