Latin for great bear, Ursa Major, is a constellation surrounded by myths and legends of gods, huntsmen, beautiful maidens and devine intervention. We've used fruity hops and toasted malts to creatate a deep red, great beer.

Cask at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe, 10/02/16. Rich amber with reddish hues topped with a decent beige cap. Nose is caramel malt, candy bar, mellow hop notes, biscuit crumble. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, caramel, airy malt base, red grapefruit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Decent enough hoppy amber.
