Bottle: Poured a light pink/orange color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of light hibiscus notes with some tart notes. Taste is a nice mix between some hibiscus notes with a dry and tart palate and some floral notes. Body is not as full as I would have expected with good carbonation. Well done as per most beer form this brewery though I would have preferred a fuller body.

Bottle at CBC, thanks to Nate. Pours cloudy red with a medium, white head. Big, funky aroma, some spice and herbs, bit of dry dirt. Light to mredium sweet, dry and musty, rosy (!), floral and herbal bitterness, lightly doughy. Medium bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Dry and musty finish, more flowers and herbs, light tartness, cherries. Delicious beer. Very dynamic. Awesome.

Hazy amber. Thin head. Slightly earthy herbal soft tart aroma. Tart-sweet character is soft and lightly spicy/yeasty. Good beer - easy drinking but not as assertively JP as I might prefer. Still, with subtlety and style it’s good to see drinking well is so effortless these days.

750 ml bottle from a trade. Nose is lightly funky, light fruity sweetness, and very floral (I guess the roses). Lightly hazy orange with a big beige, heavily lacing head. Flavor is some mild bretty funk with touches of yeast and a touch of lemon.

Lots of creamy foam, still CO2 level is ok. Aroma is sour and has tartness. Sour flavour has some oak notes and farmhouse aroma typical to JP ales. Very dry, especially in finish. Not very saison-like.

Bottle. Reddish amber beer with a pink/cream colored head. Tart and malt aroma with light floral notes. Tart/sour flavor with light floral, light fruit, and light yeast. Medium bodied. Tart/sour and light spice lingers with light floral and light malt.
