Saison brewed with honey, coriander & lemon verbena. Fermented with a mixed culture of classic saison yeast strains, wild yeast & bacteria. Post fermentation, the beer was conditioned in a stainless steel for 6 weeks, with its primary mixed culture. A third & final fermentation, completed this beer in a bottle. Pockets of Sunlight is a radiant saison full of crisp energy. Please cool before opening & pour with care, leaving sediment in the bottle.

Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow color with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which trailed off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: funky, tart, grassy, earthy, floral, woody and hay scents; light Belgian-like yeastiness fist bumping with some light malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to funky floral and earthy to grassy vibe; finishes floral, tart, and woody to hay-like
Texture: light to medium bodied, some smoothness but also some dryness and some tart harshness
Overall: nicely done saison worthy of returning to.

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is zest, lemon, some funk, grass, earth and mild yeasty tones. Flavour is citrus, some grass, earth and mild spiciness. Very fresh and quite tasty too. Good summer beer!

Pour is a bright orange with a large white head. Aroma is fermentation funk, white wine and green grapes. Flavor is more fermentation funk, clover honey, floral lavender and tart citrus. This is a fantastic beer. Super floral with lively carbonation. This is like drinking liquid flowers. For once I wish a beer came in a bigger container. I could easily take down a 750 of this.

500 ml bottle from Cardinal Trading. Nose is lemon and honey, some bretty funk, lacto creaminess, coriander. Bright, brilliant clear gold wiht a fine, low head. Fruity and dry flavor, spicy, lemony, tingly. Lightly tangy and tart but not really sour. Very pleasant and refreshing. Somewhat subtle, but nice all around.

very hazy color. Dandelions, honey, coriander and lemon with slightly funkiness. The adjuncts stand out a bit too much and this is a bit heavy, but otherwise balanced. Modest bitterness. Good stuff
