Crystal clear, thinnish head. Lots of visible carbonation. Nose is lemony wheat, some clay, zesty. Flavor is wheat, some very light malt, slight banana.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized frothy white head. Sweet, moderately wheaty and slightly grainy aroma with distinctive notes of banana, as well as shades of cloves and hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and banana-fruity taste with a slightly creamy mouthfeel; pretty sweet and moderately wheaty finish with traces of cloves. Quite unexciting but decent Kristallweizen. 08.VII.10

Bottle:Clear, golden, mid-sized fluffy white head; light to moderate lemony-wheaty nose with a tinge of hops and a certain fruitiness; light to moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light bodied but almost a bit sticky; shorter fruity-sourish finish with a light bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite O.K. ......

Bottle. Banana and wheat malt aroma - metallic notes. Clear golden yellow with small head. Stale wheat malt flavor with hint of banana and orange - also has a metallic aftertaste. High carbonation. Decent but would have liked it better without the metallic notes.
