Würzig-hefiger Antrunk, etwas intensiver werdend, trotzdem bleibt das Bier mild. Später aromatischer , vollmundig, im Abgang aber kurz wässrig, dann deutlich würziger und erstmalig malzig, hefig. Wie die anderen Biere des Brauhauses mild, auch wenn es sich um einen Weizen-Doppelbock handelt. Test vom 9.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: -,12,12,12,-,12 - 12,00

From the brewery’s cellar - owner gave a sample to Koelschtrinker and I special (upon the request from Koelschtrinker - Vielen Dank) as this was the last of this beer for the season. Had a nice banana clove aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Banana wheat malt and clove flavor with a light astringent finish. Light flavor for a Weizenbock - very easy drinking. Close to a standard Hefe in taste - the smoothest Weizenbock I’ve had.
