Bottle. Hazy, golden color with a nice two finger head. Aroma is the usual witbier smell with bananas and spices. The taste is the same. Bananas with spices but it’s a good beer.

12 ounce bottle from Costco New Berlin. Hazy orange, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of wheat, citrus, spice. The taste is wheat, spice, orange in the finish. Medium bodied, lingering spice. Nice, even if it was on a clearance sale.

On tap at Two Brothers, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy coriander upfront, with some orange peel and fluffy wheat. Flavour is along the same lines, with spicy coriander, clove, orange peel and a little banana. Pretty standard stuff, but it's well-made. Decent.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 7/26/2014. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy bright gold color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of lemon, pear, orange peel, light banana, coriander, clove, wheat, oats, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, orange peel, light banana, coriander, clove, wheat, oats, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Slight bready tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, orange peel, light banana, coriander, clove, wheat, oats, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice robustness and solid balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt flavors; a bit too much on the coriander, but it is not at an offensive level. Zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a nice witbier. Good robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spice, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Non-exceptional white. Very mild, reasonable session beer to go with your pizza.

Slightly hazy golden coloured body with tints of orange and copper all with a thick, frothy five centimetre tall large-bubbled white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, bread, coriander seed, curacao and a hint of bubble gum and bananas - nice and mild, but fragrant for the softer notes. Light-bodied; Strong wheat flavours along with a big orange and curacao flavour with hints of honey and banana sweetness and a nice deep floral finish. Aftertaste shows some more body than expected with an earthy profile and a little twang of perfume and flowers. Overall, a nice wit with some good flavours, a solid profile and a good complexity, especially for the alcohol! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from New Beer Distributors in New York, New York on 01-November-2013 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 04-May-2014.
