Bottle. Sweet peach, apple and wheat malt aroma. Light amber with small head. Sour wheat malt and dry apple cider flavor. Decent body. Actually a decent Am Wheat - less sweet with more character than average.

[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] An orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has powerful notes of honey with the malt hiding in the background. The flavor is sweet honey combined with malt - the honey also brings with it notes of bees wax, and rosehips, and makes it a bit sticky in the mouth.

Bottled. Deep golden. sweet and fruity with notes of caraway. The mouthfeel is clean and simplistic and the bitterness low. Not overly exciting.

Bottled
Copper brown, not much head. Dish water aroma: metallic, lemony, notes of toffee. Mild toffee-fruity hoppy flavor, slightly sweet. Light session-type body. Some chewy malts in the finish.

This is a nice light tasting brew. Good dark golden color with a nice haed that lasts for a little while. The taste is more like a pale ale than a wheat. Overall a good hop flavor. Comes in a 12 pack box and each bottles label has a different genral from the Civil War.
