In the fucken can @ home, thanks to phaleslu for sending! Pours a clear yellow appearance with a fizzy, disappearing white head. Lemon / lemon-lime, cotton candy, vanilla in the effervescent aroma. Moderately sweet. Twangy and watery flavor. Slight papery taste with some lemon citrus. I’d take a Miller Lite over this.

Can at RBSG. From notes. Corn and grains with a little floral hops. Not too bad.

Bottle: Pours slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. Scent is lemon, grain malt. Taste is corn, yeast, grains. A little tart, but not bad for a light beer.

Let’s wrap up these notes from last year’s DLD, for Pete’s sake. Very light, generic yellow beer color. Thin ring of foam around my plastic sample glass. I’m getting a slight tartness in the taste, then a metallic tang and corn adjunct which is normal for many light beers. Still a lot like water.

Bottle. Corn-barley malt aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Light bitterness up front with mild barley malt flavor. Seems to be about the same as it was when Hudepohl brewed it - tasted better at Riverfront Stadium.

This was a pleasant beer in that there were no offensive odors or flavors present. That may be short of a compliment, but cheap American lights are often metallic or "off-tasting." Hudy Delight served me well at the campfire this week after long days exploring the wilds of the Florida Panhandle. Very refreshing and quite smooth, although, as expected, nearly flavorless.
